2010 CECAM Volunteers

We are currently seeking volunteers with the following skills and experience:

Engineering

Design and development of solar and ecological stoves. This includes improving the design of current models to maximise efficiency.

Event Management

We require someone to manage fundraising events outside of the office, including special lunches for guests. Our next event is a Scrabble tournament at the end of April and further similar events are planned that will require your skills and experience to ensure their success.

Museum Visit - Students & Volunteers

Web 2.0

CECAM wishes to maintain a strong web presence and we need your skills and knowledge of social networking sites to help us keep our presence up to date. The website also requires maintenance. Knowledge of languages other than English and Spanish a great advantage.

Fundraising & Grant Applications

This position involves collating all the documentation CECAM has for fundraising applications and ensuring this information is kept up to date. Investigating new avenues of fundraising and making applications for donations to organisation ensure the success and continued existence of CECAM’s various projects.

Public Relations

This role consists of liasing with other NGOs to ensure close cooperation and open dialogue in the community. It is also to ensure that CECAM is well known for its activities to a wider audience.
